At Infinity Fitness Clothing we strive to deliver the highest quality, best performing and superior fitting products.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Infinity Fitness Clothing you have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to request a refund or replacement.
Infinity Fitness Clothing will offer the Customer one of the following options upon receipt and verification of returned product:
A replacement Product or exchange. In this case, Infinity Fitness Clothing shall bear the cost of shipping of a replacement or exchanged Product to the Customer.
A refund for the original purchase price (minus original shipping & handling costs - if applicable at the time of purchase). Refunds can only be credited via to original payment method.
What items are returnable?
Returned Product must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged) and with its original packaging.
What items are non-refundable?
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including perishable goods, gift cards and downloadable software products.

If originally charged (majority of orders are shipped Free) Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless Infinity Fitness Clothing determines that: (1) the Product is faulty from a manufacturing defect and through no fault of the customer or a third person.
